Program Scope

• What are the measurable objectives for each year and phase of the program?
• What activities will students do and how do they relate to standards and assessment?
• Will you develop curriculum, purchase existing curriculum, or a combination?
• How will you recruit, select, and retain students?
• Based on the curriculum and program goals, what skills and credentials does the advisor or instructor need?

Program Costs

• What are the operating expenses and one time costs for the program?
• What is the plan for sustainable funding?
• How many students or schools will be involved and how will it scale or grow?
